Product terms

Terms for viewing and using the current Studio.

These product terms describe acceptable use of the current Throughline public player and invitation-only Founder Studio. They set practical boundaries for this application without presenting a broader commercial agreement, media license, or location-specific legal code.

Watching released work

Use public releases through the player and ordinary browser controls. The public release route provides viewing media; it does not expose source files, Studio credentials, provider access, or a way around authentication or release gates.

Use playback and feedback controls through their intended routes. Do not interfere with authentication, release access, feedback submission, or service operation.

Invitation-only Studio access

Use the Founder Studio only through an account invited into a workspace. Keep account credentials and completion capabilities out of shared documents, messages, workflow data, and public links.

Workspace access is role-scoped. Do not attempt to use another founder's account, work outside an assigned workspace, or treat a visible interface action as permission to evade an API or release gate.

Materials and production work

Submit material only when the workspace has the permission needed to use it in the intended production. Do not upload malware, credentials, private access tokens, or material meant to disrupt another account or service.

Continuity, review, rights, render, and release checks are part of the product workflow. Founders remain responsible for the editorial and permission decisions they make with the material they submit.

Unlisted links and feedback

Treat an unlisted link as access to the preview named by that link. Share it only with the intended review audience, because the current route authorizes the token rather than asking every viewer to sign in.

Keep written feedback relevant to the film and do not place passwords, tokens, confidential business information, or unlawful material in the feedback body. Reactions and messages are attached to the released version being viewed.

Scope of these terms

Routes, releases, and Studio functions can change as the product changes, and unavailable work may be unpublished or inaccessible. The service-information page states only what the public web app can currently confirm.

These product terms describe Throughline's present interface. This page does not define production, licensing, employment, or partnership arrangements.
